Our story began when Claudio, a passionate entrepreneur, discovered the enchanting areas of Stromfors. Captivated by their charm, he knew this was the perfect place to open a pizzeria.
After an engaging conversation about the pizzeria with Angelo, another pizza enthusiast, and the addition of Severino, a true aficionado of the "white arts," our team was complete. Severino's love for pizza-making was instilled in him from a young age by his maternal grandfather, who, though not a professional pizzaiolo, had a grand vision for the "world of pizza."
Making pizza requires above all a lot of love and passion. The choice of ingredients and the quality of local products are also fundamental to creating a pizza that offers a true culinary journey of flavors and tradition. Every single element and component used in its creation is essential to enjoy a real pizza in the tradition of the city of Naples.
At Paja Pizza&More, we believe in using only the finest ingredients and traditional methods to create a true Neapolitan pizza experience. Our specially designed oven ensures a perfect bake, producing a pizza that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, ready in just over a minute.
